Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Manager, Finance Services in Rogers, AR. You will execute pricing to ensure Coca-Cola products are priced correctly for Walmart, manage new item setups for Walmart and Sam's Club, and drive cross-functional process improvements.

The role focuses on accuracy, efficiency, and strong financial insight across the Coca-Cola system. You will collaborate with senior leaders, manage pricing data across sources, and support business decisions with robust analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, pricing, budgeting, or related disciplines.
• Experience supporting Walmart or large-scale retailer in a finance, pricing, sales, or business support capacity.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Execute and oversee the pricing process to ensure pricing accuracy and retail availability across Walmart stores.
• Manage the New Item setup process for Walmart and Sam's Club, ensuring compliance with customer and internal requirements.
• Lead the claims and disputes process for Coca-Cola and bottler partners.
• Navigate and reconcile multiple data sources to track, analyze, and communicate accurate information across the organization.
• Serve as the Retail Link administrator, supporting more than 1,000 users across the Coca-Cola system.
• Engage with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support key business objectives.
• Deliver relevant analytics and recommendations to support performance management and business decision-making.
