Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Manager, Finance Services in Rogers, AR to lead pricing execution with Walmart and oversee new item setup for Walmart and Sam's Club. You will manage the claims process, reconcile data from multiple sources, and serve as the Retail Link administrator for 1,000+ users, ensuring accurate pricing and system economics across partners.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
4+ years of financial analysis, pricing, budgeting, or related work.
Experience supporting a large retailer's finance or pricing team.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required; Tableau/Power BI experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Execute and oversee pricing processes to ensure accuracy and availability across Walmart stores.
Manage New Item setup for Walmart and Sam's Club with compliance to requirements.
Lead claims and disputes process for Coca-Cola and bottler partners.
Navigate data sources to track, analyze, and communicate accurate information.
Serve as Retail Link administrator with 1,000+ users including access updates.
Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams on business objectives.
Deliver analytics and recommendations to support performance and decisions.
Support system economics and financial performance across bottlers, customers, and competition.
