Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Manager, Finance Services in Rogers, AR to drive pricing execution with Walmart and manage the New Item setup for Walmart and Sam's Club. This role supports accuracy of costs and retail pricing across thousands of stores and partners with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights.

You will lead pricing processes, oversee data-driven decision-making, and act as Retail Link administrator for Coca‑Cola’s network, while collaborating with senior leaders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, pricing, budgeting, or related disciplines.
• Experience supporting Walmart or similar large-scale retailer in finance, pricing, sales, or business support.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
• Data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI required.

Responsibilities

• Execute and oversee the pricing process to ensure pricing accuracy and retail availability across Walmart stores.
• Manage the New Item setup process for Walmart and Sam's Club, ensuring compliance with all customer and internal requirements.
• Lead the claims and disputes process for company and bottler partners.
• Navigate and reconcile multiple data sources to track and communicate accurate information.
• Serve as the Retail Link administrator, supporting >1,000 users across Coca‑Cola system.
