Amazon in the United States (Washington) is seeking a Sr. Manager, Pricing Excellence for Amazon Freight Pricing to own pricing execution strategy and delivery for Enterprise customers.

You will lead a team of Pricing Managers, partner with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Sales to design and launch pricing models, and monitor performance to drive profitable growth. The role requires high judgment, strong analytics, and the ability to influence senior leaders across functions in a fast-moving

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience.
• 6+ years of team management experience.
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience influencing senior leaders/stakeholders.
• Experience in financial modeling, P&L management or analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience operating at the intersection of business strategy, finance, and technology.

Responsibilities

• Own pricing profitability and margin policy, ensuring pricing decisions comply with financial plans while balancing revenue growth
• Build, enable, and develop a team of Pricing Managers that deliver strategic results through pricing execution
• Drive alignment with senior leaders on cross-functional goals across Revenue and Margin, and create mechanisms to regularly align on financial tradeoffs
• Define requirements and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Science to drive pricing automation and scale execution
