Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Sr. Manager of Pricing Excellence for Amazon Freight Pricing in Bellevue, WA. You will own the end-to-end pricing execution lifecycle, develop a high-performing pricing team, and influence senior leaders to drive profitable growth.

The role requires extensive experience in pricing, strategy, and cross-functional leadership across product, finance, and operations. You will collaborate with engineering, science, and sales to scale pricing execution.

Qualifications

10+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience.
6+ years of team management experience.
Bachelor's degree.
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
Experience influencing senior leaders/stakeholders.
Experience in financial modeling, P&L management or analysis.
Experience operating at the intersection of business strategy, finance, and technology.

Responsibilities

Own pricing profitability and margin policy, ensuring pricing decisions comply with financial plans while balancing revenue growth.
Build, enable, and develop a team of Pricing Managers that deliver strategic results through pricing execution.
Drive alignment with senior leaders on cross-functional goals across Revenue and Margin, and create mechanisms to regularly align on financial tradeoffs.
Define requirements and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Science to drive pricing automation and scale execution.
