Job description

Amazon Freight is building an innovative transportation network with the vision of redefining shipping for its customers. As our Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) business continues to grow, pricing is a critical capability that enables us to deliver competitive customer pricing while optimizing network utilization, carrier performance, and long-term profitability.

We are seeking an experienced pricing leader to help shape and execute Amazon Freight's LTL pricing strategy. In this role, you will own pricing initiatives across customer segments, transportation products, and network capabilities by leveraging market intelligence, carrier economics, shipment characteristics, and advanced analytics to develop scalable pricing solutions. This position requires strong business judgment, exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of freight pricing dynamics. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with operational excellence, is comfortable making data-driven decisions in ambiguous environments, and has experience translating complex transportation economics into scalable pricing strategies. If you are passionate about solving complex transportation problems, influencing cross-functional partners, and building innovative pricing capabilities that create value for customers while driving sustainable business growth, we'd love to speak with you.
