Job summary

Master Electronics is seeking a Pricing & Data Entry Assistant for its Miami, Florida team. The role focuses on entering and maintaining pricing, customer, vendor, and product data with accuracy, using Excel and internal systems.

The position supports pricing updates and ensures data quality across departments. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of data entry experience, strong Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel and VLOOKUP), and a detail-oriented, collaborative mindset to help the Pricing

• Two or more years of data entry experience with accuracy focus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint).
• Basic Excel skills including sort, filter, VLOOKUP, and formulas.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to root causes.

• Enter and update customer, account, vendor, manufacturer, and pricing information in our systems
• Review records for missing, incorrect, or duplicate details and help keep information accurate
• Use Excel and internal tools to organize data, check information, and support pricing updates
• Help maintain current price lists and manufacturer details so teams have reliable information
• Assist with price changes and customer quote updates
• Follow clear processes and formatting standards to keep records consistent

You’ll partner with our Pricing team and other departments to keep product and pricing information accurate, competitive, and aligned with our sales and margin goals.

Pay Range: $22.00 / Hourly

Location: Miami Lakes, FL

Schedule: Monday - Friday, Hybrid

What you will do?

• Enter and update customer, account, vendor, manufacturer, and pricing information in our systems
• Review records for missing, incorrect, or duplicate details and help keep information accurate
• Use Excel and internal tools to organize data, check information, and support pricing updates
• Help maintain current price lists and manufacturer details so teams have reliable information
• Assist with price changes and customer quote updates
• Follow clear processes and formatting standards to keep records consistent

What you bring to the table!

• Two or more years of data entry experience with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, and PowerPoint.
• Basic Excel skills, including sort, filter, VLOOKUP, formulas with multiple cell references, and data importing
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and recommend practical solutions
