Job summary

Kirby Risk is seeking a Pricing Support Coordinator in Indiana to help execute pricing strategy, coordinate vendors, and support accounts. You’ll load cost changes, answer pricing questions, and help grow unassigned accounts while promoting ecommerce tools.

The role emphasizes accuracy, independence, and strong communication in a professional office setting. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm CST with minimal travel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pricing activities and communicate product/vendor information across teams.
• Handle technical pricing questions and assist with complaint resolution.
• Maintain pricing integrity by loading vendor cost changes accurately.
• Engage with focus accounts to manage, model, and monitor pricing.
• Qualify opportunities for account managers to grow unassigned accounts.
• Promote e-commerce tools and customer service solutions.
• Assist with rebates processes and backups as needed.
