Job summary

Inspire Medical Systems, Inc. is seeking an Associate Pricing Analyst to help optimize revenue and profitability through pricing strategy development, market analysis, and contracting support.

The role collaborates with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to drive pricing governance and program execution. The position requires 1–3 years in pricing analytics, strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, and a collaborative, data-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in pricing models, business analytics, or economics (medical device or healthcare industry a plus).
• Excellent proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Rebate Program Support: Manage rebate program operations, validate customer compliance and ensure rebates.
• Analyze program performance and customer participation trends with data-driven insights.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Contracting, and Customer Service to implement rebate programs and ensure compliance.
• Assist in analyzing market data to identify pricing optimization opportunities.
• Help evaluate pricing strategies and provide improvement suggestions.
• Price / Contract Reporting: prepare reports on pricing trends and KPIs; assist with contracting analytics.
• Price Execution & Management: assist in training sales on pricing guidelines and managing pricing tools and governance.
