Job summary

Med-Metrix seeks a Contract Management Analyst to load Managed Care contracts into the Contract Management system and regularly analyze pricing accuracy with summarized feedback for internal leadership. The role emphasizes HIPAA compliance and PHI protection in a data-driven environment.

The analyst will work with finance and operations, using advanced Excel and MS Office to distill large datasets into concise executive summaries and support forecasting efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years healthcare financial analysis and Managed Care contracts/Contract Management experience.
• Experience interpreting government and private Managed Care contracts.
• Revenue cycle management experience required.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Advanced Excel and ability to distill large files into executive summaries.
• Strong integrity, urgency, and results orientation.
• HIPAA and information security awareness and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Load Managed Care contracts into the Contract Management system.
• Perform regular analysis and validation of output of expected reimbursement from the Contract Management system.
• Prepare and reviews Managed Care models including forecasting, data analytics and accuracy of system integrity.
• Provide detailed contract feedback on antiquated terms and areas of potential revenue leakage for internal and external clients.
• Learn application functionality and grow industry knowledge.
• Performs other duties as requested.
• Use, protect and disclose patients' PHI only in accordance with HIPAA standards.
• Understand and comply with Information Security and HIPAA policies and procedures at all times.
• Limit viewing of PHI to the absolute minimum as necessary to perform assigned duties.
