Job summary

AvidXchange seeks a Senior Director of Pricing & Commercialization to design and run its new pricing and commercial function. You will own the architecture and governance across pricing, credits, and packaging while aligning internal partners and serving as the executive decision‑maker on commercial constraints.

You will build the team, drive market‑competitive pricing, and ensure scalable processes across CPQ, billing, and revenue realization, with a focus on stakeholder alignment and business

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience.
• 10–12+ years in pricing, commercial strategy, or go‑to‑market roles, with 3–4 years in leadership.
• Deep experience defining commercial requirements across pricing, packaging, CPQ, and crediting in a SaaS/fintech environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the commercial strategy for pricing, packaging, and credits across all revenue streams.
• Lead end‑to‑end seller economics including revenue bookings.
• Define crediting strategy and governance across revenue streams and partner relationships.
• Oversee pricing governance, discount floors/bands, and exception pathways.
• Build and lead the Pricing & Commercialization function.
