Job summary

FFF Enterprises seeks a Pricing/Chargebacks Coordinator to maintain pricing structures, monitor GPO contracts, and reconcile chargebacks to minimize losses. The role supports the Pricing/Procurement Manager and collaborates with Procurement, Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and Product Management.

The successful candidate will interpret contracts, manage data in SAP, and ensure accurate chargeback reporting. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum one year of experience in contract administration or related field.
• Experience in wholesale/distributor companies is preferred.
• Experience reading and interpreting written contracts is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain and audit products for the material master and listings accurately; communicate to ecommerce to add to BioSupply.
• Create, maintain and audit condition contracts from suppliers; ensure pricing terms and customer eligibility.
• Manage chargeback reporting and reconcile denials to minimize losses; build relationships with supplier chargeback personnel.
• Load data from EDI 845s and process EDI 844s; coordinate with VP, Business Operations and Controls.
• Maintain SAP condition records to populate POs with correct cost and terms.
• Run daily/weekly/monthly vendor chargeback reporting as guided by the Pricing/Procurement Manager.
• Identify and implement process improvements; assist with SAP enhancements and testing.
• Communicate pricing changes and contract eligibility with suppliers; uphold company policies and compliance.
