Qualifications

• At least one year of office experience in accounts receivable or credit approval, or a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting.
• Proficiency in MS Office: Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Administrative skills: organization, prioritization, and customer service; ability to maintain confidentiality; strong problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Pricing Approval: review and approve orders with discounts and promotions; verify pricing criteria.
• Tax Exemption Processing: process tax exemptions and adjust rates as needed; request updated exemptions.
• Payment Processing: handle credit card and EFT/check payments; resolve payment issues.
• Customer Account Maintenance: correct orders and maintain account information.
• Payment Receipt Processing & Support: respond to inquiries, resolve disputes, reconcile accounts, and document AR activities.
