Job description

The Pricing and Procurement Analyst supports our hospital leaders by building analyses and tools that support decision‑making for our leaders, as well as supporting initiatives and programs led by the Pricing and Procurement team. The analyst will partner closely with hospital leaders, regional operations team members, and corporate teammates to drive initiatives that support core operations, pricing effectiveness, and COGS improvement in a fast‑paced, mission‑driven environment.

Candidate must be local to the Denver market; the role supports hybrid work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze data from various sources to deliver actionable insights to improve practice performance.
  • Contribute to weekly and monthly financial reporting for leadership.
  • Identify and implement process improvements in the procurement process and enhance efficiency.
  • Consolidate and synthesize data from multiple hospital sources into comprehensive executive‑level summaries.
  • Develop and track KPIs for various strategic initiatives, and help manage the participating hospitals.
  • Analyze purchasing data, market trends, and supplier performance to develop forecasts and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in performing advanced analysis in MS Excel.
  • Problem‑solving skills to determine the best path forward to design analytics using disparate data sources.
  • Ability to clearly communicate with regional and hospital leadership teams, adjusting message to individual needs.
  • Time‑management and organizational skills to prioritize multiple workstreams.
  • Must be able to work in person in a hybrid role, 2 days a week at the corporate Denver office.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Power BI, Power Query, or other advanced analytics tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑growing environment while juggling both strategic and hands‑on responsibilities.

Posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. The salary range for this opportunity is $65,000 – $70,000 annually. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The Company offers competitive compensation along with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision benefits, vacation, sick leave, 401(k), and more, depending on location. WVP provides eligible team members with paid sick leave, health emergency leave, and similar benefits programs, in accordance with the requirements of state and local law.
