Western Veterinary Partners is seeking a Business Development Associate to serve as the first point of contact with prospective veterinary practice owners and help expand the acquisition pipeline. A consultative approach and strong communication are essential.
You will identify and qualify opportunities, conduct outbound prospecting across calls, email, text, and social channels, and maintain CRM records while collaborating with Directors of Business Development.
As a Business Development Associate, you will serve as the first point of contact with prospective veterinary practice owners and play a critical role in expanding WVP's acquisition pipeline. Success in this role requires a consultative approach, exceptional communication skills, persistence, and the ability to build trust through meaningful conversations.

Our salary ranges are primarily determined by role, level, and location. The range provided for this posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. The salary range for this opportunity is $22.00 - $24.00 hourly. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The Company offers competitive compensation along with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision benefits, vacation, sick leave, 401(k), and more depending on location.
