We are currently seeking a Director of Learning and Development to lead and oversee company-wide learning strategy and programs. The successful candidate will partner with key stakeholders and subject matter experts within the organization to analyze, design, develop, and evaluate learning and development offerings for the business. We are seeking an entrepreneurial and data-driven candidate to build and implement training and tools, measure their impact, and adjust as needed in a fast-paced environment with continuously evolving training needs.
Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the Director of Learning and Development will have responsibility for the strategy, execution and management of our Learning and Development function. We are seeking candidates located in the Denver Metro market open to a hybrid work schedule with travel as needed.

Responsibilities
The Director of Learning and Development will serve as WVP’s subject matter expert in the learning function, developing and implementing programs to support our veterinarians, support staff, and corporate teammates. The Director will be responsible for creating content, managing the distribution and delivery of content, and measuring the impact of learning programs to inform future investments. Our salary ranges are primarily determined by role, level, and location. The range provided for each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. The salary range for this opportunity is $125,000- $175,000 annually. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The Company offers competitive compensation along with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision benefits, vacation, sick leave, 401(k), and more depending on location. You will be provided more detailed information about compensation and benefits for your specific location. Where required under applicable law, WVP provides eligible employees with paid sick leave, health emergency leave, and similar benefits programs, all in accordance with the requirements of state and local law depending on the location of the practice you support.
