Job summary

Smurfit Westrock, based in Atlanta, GA, seeks a Sr. Pricing / Costing Analyst to lead advanced pricing analytics, support bids and renewals, and build scalable tools for faster, more accurate pricing decisions. The role collaborates with Sales, Operations, Finance and PM to drive profitability.

The ideal candidate has strong Excel, analytics experience, and a passion for automation, self‑service insights, and data‑driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Strong Excel skills with Power Query and VBA/macros.
• Experience building analytics tools and dashboards.
• Excellent problem solving and communication abilities.
• Ability to learn new technologies and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and improve pricing and costing models to increase speed and accuracy.
• Deliver recurring pricing reports on a schedule to stakeholders.
• Support bids, renewals, profitability reviews, and pricing initiatives.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Project Management to inform decisions.
• Analyze cost drivers and profitability trends to identify risks and opportunities.
• Develop dashboards and automated workflows to reduce manual work.
