Hyundai Motor Company in the United States seeks an Assistant Manager, Pricing Analytics to shape pricing strategy for the Sonata and Kona. You will blend data-driven analysis, strategic decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure competitive pricing, profitability, and strong market performance.

You will manage current model year pricing, support new model launches, and influence executive decisions across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Six or more years of experience, preferably in pricing and finance.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; master’s degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop price positioning and launch pricing proposals for new model years.
• Lead pricing strategy discussions balancing forecasted volume, incentive spend, margin requirements, and revenue goals.
• Create vehicle pricing forecasts to support annual budgets.
• Track per-vehicle gross profitability and align with calendar-year targets.
• Partner with Global Headquarters, NA Product Planning, Finance, and US Sales to translate strategies into pricing recommendations.
• Obtain executive approval for pricing proposals and manage implementation.
