Job summary

SC Johnson is hiring a Senior Analyst, External Manufacturing Pricing to manage EM cost cards in Ultron and SAP, supporting NPD and quarterly pricing cycles. You will collaborate with Procurement, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure complete, accurate pricing with audit-ready records.

You will leverage data and automation to improve processes, reduce cycle time, and strengthen pricing controls across NACB and LSB. Remote work is available one day per week after onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 1+ year in supply chain.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Create, validate, and maintain EM cost cards in Ultron and SAP.
• Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to obtain pricing inputs.
• Ensure pricing follows policy, approvals, and audit-ready records.
• Manage EM Pricing inbox, prioritize, communicate status, and escalate as needed.
• Investigate missing or inaccurate pricing inputs and pricing disputes.
• Use data to identify trends and opportunities to improve pricing processes.
• Drive process improvements through automation and tooling.
