SC Johnson is seeking a Senior Analyst for External Manufacturing Pricing in Wisconsin. You will own EM cost cards in Ultron and SAP, supporting NPD and quarterly cycles per Global Pricing Policy and SOAR controls.

The role emphasizes data-driven automation, accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration across Procurement and Supply Chain. You will help automate processes, improve pricing controls, and provide backup coverage for related pricing activities within NACB and LSB teams.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, MIS, Finance or related field plus 2 years of relevant experience; advanced degree with at least 1 year of supply-chain experience acceptable.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Aufgaben

• Create, validate, and maintain EM cost cards in Ultron and SAP for NPD and quarterly pricing.
• Coordinate with Suppliers, Procurement Operations, Portfolio, and Finance to obtain inputs and update cost cards.
• Ensure pricing is accurate, approved, and audit-ready per Global Pricing Policy and SOAR controls.
• Manage EM Pricing inbox, prioritize requests, communicate status, resolve issues, and escalate as needed.
• Investigate pricing discrepancies and input gaps; apply root-cause analysis to trends and risks.
• Drive process improvements through automation and development of pricing tools.
• Enhance visibility, controls, and decision-making using data and technology.
• Provide cross-training and backup coverage for NACB Direct Materials Pricing Analyst and LSB Pricing Analyst.
