IPC Systems is seeking a Director of Pricing & Analytics to lead pricing analytics and financial modeling across its SaaS and cloud offerings. You will guide revenue growth by developing models, dashboards, and KPI baselines, collaborating with Product, Sales, and Finance to drive value capture and margin improvement.

The role emphasizes data quality, automation, and pricing technology enhancements, with hybrid work from New York and interaction with executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Business or related field.
• 5+ years in pricing analytics, revenue operations, FP&A, strategy, business analytics, or commercial finance.
• Experience with AI-enabled capabilities.
• Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and quantitative analysis.
• Strong proficiency with Excel, BI tools, SQL, data visualization platforms, and reporting systems.
• Experience analyzing SaaS metrics, pricing performance, ARR, revenue trends, and profitability.
• Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable business recommendations.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
• Experience presenting findings to senior leaders and stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain pricing analytics, revenue leakage measurement methodologies, and value realization reporting.
• Build financial models to evaluate pricing opportunities, discount strategies, renewal uplifts and margin impacts.
• Analyze customer, product, transaction, consumption, and financial data to identify pricing opportunities.
• Establish performance baselines, KPIs, attribution methodologies, and tracking mechanisms for pricing initiatives.
• Develop account-level targeting analytics and prioritization models to maximize value capture.
• Produce executive dashboards, forecasting models, and management reporting.
• Support pricing governance through data-driven recommendations and exception analysis.
• Lead efforts to improve data quality, reporting automation, and pricing technology capabilities.
