Job summary

Independent Purchasing Cooperative (IPC) seeks a highly motivated Sourcing Ops & Pricing Analytics Analyst to support pricing data accuracy and the day-to-day execution of IPC's pricing operations. You will back the Strategic Sourcing team, collaborate with multiple departments, and drive continuous improvement in pricing processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, Economics, Engineering or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in an analyst, operations, or data-oriented role preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required; experience with Power Query, Smartsheet, or similar tools is a plus.
• Experience with Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, or similar BI and analytics platforms is a plus.
• Basic proficiency in SQL or willingness to learn; experience querying databases to support pricing analysis is a plus.
• Prior experience with pricing, forecasting, or landed cost reporting in a supply chain or foodservice environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with produce sourcing team as their primary analytical and operational support for weekly pricing execution.
• Support the monthly landed cost report (LCR) process by validating cost data and discrepancies.
• Support execution of pricing changes, promotions, contract updates, and other pricing maintenance activities.
• Maintain and update pricing records, forecasts, and related data for accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain Operations & Excellence to support pricing audits and corrective actions.
• Conduct routine quality checks to identify inconsistencies in pricing data.
• Respond promptly to pricing inquiries and escalate complex issues as appropriate.
• Assist with onboarding and training for pricing tools and reporting platforms.
• Serve as backup for critical pricing operations to ensure business continuity.
