Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Pricing Analyst to join the Pricing Strategy & Analytics team in Atlanta. You will build pricing KPIs, dashboards, and reports, and work with internal partners to answer pricing questions and support a test-and-learn roadmap.

The role emphasizes localization, bulk/project pricing, and competitive intelligence, with cross-functional collaboration across Merchandising, Finance, PRO/Commercial, and Store Ops.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel proficiency required.
• SQL and BI tools knowledge (Power BI) preferred.
• Alteryx experience is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain pricing KPIs, dashboards, and recurring reporting that track price/margin performance, elasticity, and the results of pricing initiatives.
• Conduct ad hoc and recurring data analysis using internal systems, Excel, SQL, and BI tools.
• Translate large, multi-source datasets into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
• Support localization and discount pricing strategies across the assortment.
• Partner with Merchandising and cross-functional teams to validate changes and align with strategy.
