Floor & Decor is hiring a Pricing Analyst to join the Pricing Strategy & Analytics team. You will build pricing KPIs, dashboards, and provide data-driven insights to influence localization, competitive pricing, and bulk/large-project pricing decisions.

The role requires advanced Excel, SQL and BI tool familiarity, plus strong communication as you translate data into actionable guidance for pricing leadership and cross-functional partners.

Formación

• Advanced Excel proficiency; working knowledge of SQL and BI tools (Power BI) preferred
• Comfort translating large, multi-source datasets into actionable insights
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent work streams and adapt to shifting priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting analyses to non-technical stakeholders
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-directed with a bias toward action

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain pricing KPIs, dashboards, and recurring reports to track price and margin performance
• Conduct data analyses using internal systems, Excel, SQL, and BI tools to support the test-and-learn roadmap
• Translate multi-source data into clear insights and recommendations for pricing leadership
• Analyze regional differences to support localized pricing strategies
• Partner with Merchandising to validate local price and cost changes align with strategy
• Support development of pricing tools/models for bulk and large projects
• Present analysis for leadership and cross-functional reviews
