Job summary

IHG Hotels seeks a Strategy and Operations Analyst to advise the sales team on pricing and deal strategy. You will implement business terms for sales agreements, develop deal structures, and resolve internal issues, coordinating global programs with RM and operations.

In this role, you will support renewal decisions, prepare performance reports, and drive revenue through cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Legal, and Finance in a hybrid Atlanta setting.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years progressive work-related experience, ideally in franchise services or hotel industry operations.
• Strong PC skills including spreadsheets, word processing, and databases; prefer advanced PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze information and communicate findings to internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead, design, and develop global programs/projects to meet customer needs.
• Drive implementation and manage performance of initiatives; prepare departmental reports.
• Vet and manage a pipeline of opportunities; design pricing structures for deals.
• Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Finance, Marketing, and Loyalty to drive revenue in deals.
• Prepare reports and presentations; coordinate timelines and status updates.
