Job summary

Deluxe Corporation is seeking a Pricing Analyst 2 to execute B2B pricing strategy across product lines and customer groups. You will implement and maintain pricing through catalog and matrix tools, ensuring profitability and aligning with contract terms.

You will analyze large data sets, build pricing models, and collaborate with Sales, Contracts, Billing, and CRM teams. Experience with AI review, forecasting, and BI tools is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelors and 2 years of experience or HS/GED and 6 years of experience.
• Ability to manipulate and analyze large data sets and draw meaningful conclusions.
• Experience with predictive analytics, forecasting and optimization.
• Advanced MS Excel skills and VBA a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing models for B2B product offerings leveraging pricing solutions.
• Maintain sell prices on all product lines and pricing matrix tools.
• Audit net sales prices to ensure profitability margins.
• Use AI to review contractual obligations and pricing language for annual price increases.
• Support CPI monitoring and related reporting.
• Research and resolve pricing discrepancies and implementation issues.
• Coordinate with Sales, Contracts, Billing, Operations, Customer Support, and Salesforce teams.
• Track customer notification requirements and ensure communications align with contracts.
• Support improvements to Salesforce fields, reporting, and workflows.
