Job summary

Vontier Corporation (Gilbarco Veeder-Root) seeks a Pricing Analyst to lead forecasting, contract strategies, deals, and pricing requirements within our ERP to drive revenue and growth for major oil accounts.

You will partner with internal stakeholders to implement strategic pricing, ensure accurate pricing, and drive cash flow improvements. A 4-year degree and 2+ years in pricing or related finance are required.

Qualifications

  • College degree-4 year required.
  • 2+ years of work experience preferably in pricing, marketing, revenue management or financial function.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Access, PowerBI).
  • Ability to manage complex projects simultaneously.
  • The ability to analyze data and quickly find solutions to solve complex issues.
  • Ability to manage multiple sources of information and make independent, timely, and accurate decisions.
  • Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive and negative situations.
  • Project Management experience (Plus).
  • SQL experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain trade agreements for major oil accounts, internal, and external customers.

  • Drive timely and accurate turnaround for all pricing initiatives.
  • Identify transactional process improvements and technology tools.
  • Audit sales orders to identify discrepancies, document findings, and implement change.

Purpose of Position

Pricing analysts are responsible for leading the implementation of robust forecasting, contract strategies, deals, and pricing requirements into our current ERP system to help drive revenue and growth. In this role you will collaborate closely with Internal stakeholders to implement strategic pricing vision for our major oil accounts. The pricing analyst is a key resource who plays a crucial role in driving cash flow improvements.

Key Responsibilities

The base compensation range for this position is $68,000 to $82,300 per annum. Your actual base salary will be determined based upon numerous factors which may include relevant experience, skills, location (labor market data), credentials (education, certifications), and internal equity.
