CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Category Promo & Coupon Analytics to lead data‑driven pricing strategies that boost engagement, sales and margin. You will partner with Merchandising, Marketing and Analytics to uncover insights and translate them into business plans.

Lead data‑driven pricing, promotion and coupon initiatives, build forecasting tools and dashboards, and influence senior leadership with clear recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years in analytics, strategy, pricing, promotions or related fields.
• Strong SQL and Python for data analysis and modeling.
• Experience with modern data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake or similar).
• Ability to translate insights into business impact.
• Strong financial acumen and KPI management.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and influence.

Responsibilities

• Develop data‑driven pricing, promotion and coupon strategies.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Translate analytics into actionable recommendations for senior leaders.
• Design and evaluate tests (A/B, pilots) to measure effectiveness.
• Build scalable models, forecasting tools and dashboards.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Marketing and Analytics teams.
