Responsibilities

• Supervise, assist, and train prevocational participants.
• Ensure implementation of pre-vocational plans and quality services.
• Maintain daily communication log and assign tasks.
• Schedule and conduct fire drills and safety requirements.
• Open and secure the store; manage security.
• Communicate with families and providers.
• Assist in developing marketing tools for El camino cafe.
• Complete daily notes and monthly summaries for participants.
• Track attendance and submit payroll reports bi-weekly.
• Ensure compliance with State and Federal standards.
• Attend life plans meetings and implement Pre-Voc Plans.
• Submit billing for OPWDD, Finance, and Supervisor.
• Follow pre-vocational plans and submit work orders as needed.
• Maintain participant files and complete necessary notables.
• Attend training courses and obtain certifications.

Education

Associate’s degree in Human Services

2 years’ Experience working with community human service providers and Developmentally Disabled population
