Job summary

Handicapped Development Center in Davenport, IA is seeking a Prevocational Supervisor to guide adults with disabilities through daily work activities, provide coaching, and track progress from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

Responsibilities include supervising individuals at various work stations, planning skill-building activities, maintaining time sheets and reports, and ensuring safety and dignity in every interaction.

Qualifications

• Possess current and valid driver's license and auto insurance, and maintain a good driving record.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Experience in a setting with people with intellectual disabilities is preferred.
• Ability to meet employment requirements (i.e. health screening, Driving Record, TB test).

Responsibilities

• Treat everyone with dignity and respect.
• Train and supervise individuals at various work stations, including community sites.
• Plan and organize skill building activities.
• Monitor inventories of materials and supplies.
• Keep time sheets, production charts, and other related records and reports.
