Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands in Dallas, TX, is seeking a PM Technician to maintain production equipment and support systems. You will perform preventive maintenance, inspections, lubrication, adjustments, and minor repairs to improve reliability and reduce downtime.

Responsibilities include ensuring CMMS documentation is accurate, meeting PM completion targets, and following safety rules (LOTO, PPE). Teamwork and meticulous housekeeping are essential. Benefits start day one.

Qualifications

• A minimum of one (3) year of related work experience in manufacturing or a comparable work environment
• Related degree from a college, technical college, or military experience
• Skilled in the use of hand and power tools; ability to take apart machines, equipment, or devices to remove and replace defective parts
• Ability to work effectively to meet deadlines
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• General mathematical knowledge and proficiency with basic measuring instruments

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, lubrication, adjustments, and minor repairs on production equipment and facility support systems.
• PM completion percentage and on-time work-order completion.
• Quality and accuracy of CMMS documentation.
• Number of potential failures identified before breakdown.
• Compliance with LOTO, PPE, and plant safety requirements.
• Reduction in repeat failures and emergency repairs.
• Good communication with production and maintenance teams.
• Proper housekeeping, tool control, and parts usage.
