Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• Demonstrated mechanical and electrical troubleshooting ability.
• Experience reading electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily maintenance activities.
• Prioritize work based on production needs, safety, and downtime.
• Mentor and develop maintenance technicians.
• Maintain and improve preventative maintenance programs.
