Job summary

Qualifications

• Related degree from a college, technical college, or military experience
• Skilled in the use of hand and power tools; ability to take apart machines to replace parts
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
• General mathematical knowledge and proficiency with basic measuring instruments

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance, inspections, lubrication, adjustments, and minor repairs on production equipment and facility support systems.
• Improve equipment reliability and reduce unplanned downtime.
• Maintain a safe work environment and support daily production goals.
• Complete PM tasks on time and ensure CMMS documentation is accurate.
• Identify potential failures before breakdowns and reduce emergency repairs.
• Communicate effectively with production and maintenance teams.
• Inspect motors, lubricate bearings, check gearbox oil level, verify heater bands and thermocouples, inspect pneumatic cylinders and air leaks, and document worn belts or leaks.
• Ensure proper housekeeping, tool control, and parts usage.
