Job summary

Sensient Technologies Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Planner and Scheduler to support maintenance leadership and shop floor operations in Wisconsin. You will plan preventive and corrective work, manage parts procurement, and forecast maintenance needs to reduce downtime and costs.

The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing planning, proficiency with JDE and AMMS, and the ability to lead a cross-functional team while maintaining accurate equipment records.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of planning in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to guide a cross-functional team.
• Strong documentation and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and supervise maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Manage supplier relationships for cost-effective purchasing.
• Ensure spare parts and PMs are available with short lead times.
• Own maintenance inventory levels and forecast work.
• Oversee AMMS work orders and equipment records.
• Coordinate with Project Managers for asset delivery.
• Develop and supervise maintenance technicians in a 24/7 operation.
• Report activities and budgets to plant leadership.
