Job summary

The PAC Group is seeking a Senior Maintenance Planner to design and implement a data-driven maintenance program for a major manufacturing facility. You will lead CMMS Maximo deployment, establish PM and PdM strategies, and coordinate spare parts and safety compliance.

The role requires 5–7 years in industrial maintenance planning, strong data analytics, and a track record of optimizing asset uptime. Hybrid onsite/remote work is available with travel to Warsaw, IN as needed.

Qualifications

• Degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience with maintenance planning, scheduling, or reliability engineering.
• Experience leading CMMS/Maximo implementations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement a maintenance system for daily operations.
• Manage CMMS activities from request to closure and track compliance.
• Lead reliability initiatives and KPI tracking (MTBF/MTTR/PM).
