Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage preventive maintenance schedules for plant equipment and facility assets.
• Coordinate maintenance work orders and ensure timely completion of scheduled tasks.
• Utilize CMMS systems to create, track, and close work orders.
• Monitor maintenance history and analyze trends to identify reliability improvements.
• Prioritize maintenance activities based on equipment criticality, operational needs, and safety.
• Coordinate labor, materials, and contractor support for maintenance activities.
• Track PM performance metrics including compliance, downtime, and completion rates.
• Assist in SOP development and preventive maintenance procedures.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
• Support root cause analyses and corrective action plans for equipment failures.
• Participate in TPM RIE events and CI initiatives.
• Collaborate with departments and contractors for PM scheduling and urgent service needs.
