Job summary

Davey Coach Sales in Colorado and nationwide seeks a Preventative Maintenance & Aftermarket Sales Coordinator to engage customers, schedule service, and support aftermarket quotes. You will work with the Service Department and Aftermarket Sales Representative to ensure timely communication, accurate quotes, and consistent follow-up.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years in a customer or sales role.
• 2 years of previously related experience in a service writer or sales role, preferred.
• Highly organized, able to prioritize multiple concurrent assignments.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contact customers regarding upcoming or recommended preventative maintenance needs.
• Review customer and vehicle information to identify maintenance opportunities.
• Educate customers on maintenance intervals and services.
• Schedule preventative maintenance appointments based on customer needs and service availability.
• Maintain organized tracking of contacts, upcoming maintenance, appointments, and follow-up.
