Davey Coach Sales in Colorado seeks an Aftermarket Sales Representative to sell parts, graphics and service options. This hybrid inside/outside role focuses on new leads, quotes in Karmak, and building long-term customer relationships.

You will develop accounts, meet quotas, and maintain reports while staying current on products and industry trends. The position offers comprehensive benefits and a competitive salary with commissions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in a customer or sales role.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Strong time management and customer service skills.
• Experience with quotes and sales processes preferred.

Responsabilités

Davey Coach Sales is the leader in van and bus sales in Colorado and across the country. We have an immediate opening for anAftermarket Sales Representativein our ever growing office. After Market Sales Representatives sell parts, graphics, and multiple service options to new customers and manages accounts. After Market Sales Representatives work with customers to find what they want, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process. This position will work to find new sales leads, through cold calls, business directories, client referrals, inbound sales leads, and traveling. This is a combination of an inside/outside sales role.

Your Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on potential sales outlets and provided leads.
• Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential customer’s needs.
• Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly sales records.
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Completes and exceeds expected sales objective and monthly quotas.
• Communicates regularly with Department Managers.
• Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments
• Create or process all quotes and estimates in Karmak.
• Update Department’s management daily with new leads and appointments.
• Complete cold call lists
• Stay current on developing products and current trends through independent research.
• Driving in market to generate sales and delivery of products.

You will need to have:

• Minimum of 2+ years in a customer or sales role.
• High School Diploma or Equivelent.
• Valid Driver’s License
• Preferred history of successful sales experience in related industry.
• Strong time management skills.
• Extraordinary customer service skills.
• Exceptional knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
• Excellent reporting skills.
