Job summary

Davey Coach Sales in Colorado is seeking a Preventative Maintenance & Aftermarket Sales Coordinator to engage customers on maintenance opportunities, schedule service, and assist with aftermarket quotes. You will partner with the Service Department to ensure timely communication and accurate follow-up.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in a customer or sales role, prefers experience in service writing or sales, and demonstrates strong organization to manage multiple tasks while supporting

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years in a customer or sales role.
• 2 years of previously related experience in a service writer or sales role, preferred.
• Highly organized, able to prioritize multiple concurrent assignments.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contact customers regarding upcoming or recommended preventative maintenance needs.
• Review customer and vehicle information to identify preventive maintenance opportunities.
• Educate customers on maintenance intervals and available services.
• Schedule maintenance appointments based on customer needs and service availability.
• Maintain an organized tracking system for contacts, upcoming maintenance, and follow-up activity.
• Follow up with customers who have not scheduled maintenance.
• Maintain accurate customer and vehicle information in company systems.
• Coordinate with the Service Department to ensure communicated and prepared work.
• Develop a consistent preventative maintenance outreach process to encourage repeat business.
• Support the Aftermarket Sales Representative with inquiries, quotes, and follow-up.
• Track open quotes and conduct timely follow-up.
• Coordinate with the Aftermarket Sales Representative on larger or strategic opportunities.
• Assist with converting quotes into scheduled work or orders.
• Maintain records of quotes, communications, opportunities, and sales.
