Holcomb Behavioral Health Systems in Media, PA is seeking a Prevention Specialist to deliver prevention services in schools and community settings, supporting the Prevention Manager with indirect services.
You will deliver evidence-based curricula, facilitate engaging lessons, and provide mentorship to students. The role requires documenting services for data collection and collaborating to achieve program goals, with a schedule Monday–Friday and some evenings/weekends.

In this role, the Prevention Specialist has responsibility for delivering prevention services in schools and community settings and completing indirect services in support of the prevention goals and objectives as directed by the Prevention Manager.
Monday through Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm (some evenings and weekends required)

Work is primarily conducted in schools and community settings
Prevention Planning
$19+/hour (Based on education and experience)
Education: B.A. or M.A in education/or health discipline preferred, or a minimum of 2 years of experience working with youth or families in a related setting
Experience: Prior experience working with youth or families
Licensure/Certifications: None Required
Clearances: Child Abuse Clearance, Criminal clearance, and verification that the employee is not on any Medicaid/Medicare Exclusion list
Note: At the discretion of the Personnel Officer, additional related experience and/or education may be substituted instead of the requirements specified under Education and Experience
