Job summary

NeighborHealth is seeking an experienced Prevention Screening and Referral (PSR) Coordinator to lead integrated prevention, screening, and referral programs within Project SHINE at 79 Paris Street, Boston, MA. The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, staff supervision, and collaboration with PrEP navigators.

The Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with oversight of PSR activities, documentation, and cross‑department coordination to expand services and improve patient access to care.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing integrated prevention, screening, and referral programs.
• Strong knowledge of MA DPH/OHA requirements and standards.
• Ability to supervise, train, and mentor staff.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee Prevention Screening and Referral Services in accordance with MA DPH/OHA standards.
• Ensure staff coverage for all clinical sessions and hours.
• Provide supervision and training to the prevention team.
• Communicate with Department Manager and Director regarding PSR activities and staffing challenges.
• Maintain inventory of supplies, forms, and specimens; ensure timely delivery.
• Adhere to reporting requirements and document testing data in EPIC and other systems.
• Develop documentation tools and data collection mechanisms.
• Collaborate with PrEP Manager on navigation workflows and services.
• Coordinate in-reach/outreach efforts including HIV counseling and testing.
• Participate in Quality Management and Improvement Team.
• Provide orientation and training to new PSR staff and maintain training manuals.
• Review testing workflows, documentation, and specimen handling for compliance.
