Job summary

Dynamic Systems Technology, Inc. (DysTech) is looking for a qualified Prevention Coordinator (PC) to support the Vermont Army National Guard.

The role includes providing vital substance abuse and suicide prevention training, along with case management tasks. The position requires strong public speaking skills and a relevant degree, with responsibilities including training delivery, risk assessments, and case tracking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Substance Abuse or non-clinical case management.
• Strong public speaking and instruction skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver Substance Abuse and Suicide Prevention training.
• Facilitate Unit Risk Inventory assessments and risk mitigation plans.
• Manage referred Soldier cases and related documentation.
• Input training and case records into databases.
• Maintain relationships with community service providers.
• Provide operational reports and support program goals.
