Job summary

Dynamic Systems Technology, Inc. seeks a Prevention Coordinator to support the New Jersey Army National Guard in Bordentown. The role delivers prevention training, manages non-clinical cases, and maintains military databases while coordinating with unit leaders and community partners.

The position emphasizes public speaking, risk mitigation, and timely reporting, with in-state travel and a typical Tuesday–Friday schedule to support guard units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Sociology, Behavioral Science, Public Health, Human Services, or a related social science field.
• 3+ years of practical experience in Substance Abuse Prevention, Suicide Prevention, Resiliency programs, or non-clinical case management.
• Strong public speaking, briefing, and instruction skills for diverse military audiences.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and precise documentation in tracking systems/databases.
• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license with willingness to travel in-state.
• Must obtain favorable findings from NACI background investigation upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver Substance Abuse and Suicide Prevention training for NJARNG units and leaders.
• Coordinate, facilitate, quality-check, and process Unit Risk Inventory assessments.
• Manage referred Soldier cases from referral through disposition and track progress.
• Input training and case records into databases; maintain timely documentation and reports.
• Build relationships with State POCs and service providers; participate in readiness councils.
• Provide weekly and monthly operational reports to the Risk Reduction Coordinator.
