Job summary

Dynamic Systems Technology, Inc. (DysTech) seeks a Prevention Coordinator (PC) to support the New Jersey Army National Guard.

The role blends training delivery with non-clinical case management and administrative coordination to strengthen risk mitigation and resiliency. You will work with Unit Commanders and State POCs, delivering SAP and SPP training, managing case referrals, maintaining records, and reporting on program outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a social science field as listed.
• 3+ years in Substance Abuse Prevention, Suicide Prevention, resiliency programs, or non-clinical case management.
• Strong public speaking, briefing and instruction skills for diverse military audiences.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and meticulous documentation in databases.
• Must have valid driver’s license and willingness to travel in-state.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver Substance Abuse Prevention and Suicide Prevention training for NJARNG units and leaders.
• Coordinate and process Unit Risk Inventory assessments and assist in Risk Mitigation Plan training.
• Manage referred Soldier cases from initial referral through final disposition and track progress.
• Input training, case management records, and suicide reporting events into databases with timely documentation.
• Build and maintain relationships with State POCs and community providers; participate in councils.
• Provide weekly and monthly operational reports to the Risk Reduction Coordinator and assist with status reports.
