Job summary

Dynamic Systems Technology, Inc. (DysTech) seeks a Prevention Coordinator to deliver Substance Abuse and Suicide Prevention training and non-clinical case management for PA Army National Guard members in Mount Pleasant, PA. You will coordinate risk inventories, track cases, and maintain military databases under supervision.

The role combines public speaking with administrative coordination, working with unit leaders and state points of contact to ensure timely risk mitigation and responsive care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Sociology, Public Health, Human Services, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Substance Abuse Prevention, Suicide Prevention, resiliency programs, or non-clinical case management.
• Strong instruction, briefing, and public speaking skills for diverse military audiences.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and accurate documentation in tracking systems/databases.
• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license with ability to travel in-state.
• Must obtain favorable findings from NACI background investigation upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Training & Instruction: Deliver Substance Abuse Prevention, Suicide Prevention, and Bystander training for ARNG units, meeting Army standards.
• Risk Assessment Facilitation: Coordinate Unit Risk Inventory assessments and report outcomes.
• Non-Clinical Case Management: Manage referred Soldier cases, schedule assessments, track progress, and document communications.
• Database Management & Timely Reporting: Input records into databases within required timelines.
• Stakeholder Communication & Councils: Build relationships with State POCs and community providers; participate in councils.
• Program Support & Reporting: Maintain Resource Catalog; provide weekly/monthly reports and attend progress reviews.
