CAN Community Health Inc. in Daytona Beach, FL is seeking a Manager, Prevention to lead HIV prevention programs, grant writing, and community outreach. The role emphasizes program development, data reporting, and sustainability of funded initiatives.

The ideal candidate will manage staff, ensure regulatory compliance, collaborate with state and local partners, and drive quality improvements while aligning with CAN Community Health’s mission to improve patient care and health equity.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Minimum 4 years’ related field experience; coursework may substitute.
• Personnel and program management experience.
• Experience with development and implementation of HIV Prevention procedures.
• Must maintain a valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or obtain within 90 days.
• Must be able to operate a motor vehicle and have valid driver’s license.

Mansioni

• Development and implementation of grants and new CAN initiatives.
• Completes and submits necessary reports as required by state and local funding sources; ensures accurate data collection and reporting in line with grant obligations.
• Monitors program and grant progress monthly and aligns team operations to ensure deliverables are met.
• Resolves problems and ensures compliance with regulations and standards.
• Ensures quality management of all prevention programs; participate in QA/QI efforts.
• Assists in grant writing and/or grant summary reporting as necessary.
• Assist in internal and external program audits.
• Analyzes epidemiological data to formalize outreach programs and guide day-to-day operations.
• Accurately documents and maintains records related to prevention data collection efforts.
• Ensures client confidentiality 100% of the time by conforming to HIPAA laws and CAN Community Health Policies and Procedures.
