Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is seeking a Prevention Supervisor to lead prevention, interventions, and outreach programs across Arizona. The role oversees school-based initiatives under grant contracts and ensures compliant reporting and community engagement.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree or five years of relevant supervisory experience, strong classroom instruction skills, and a valid AZ driver's license with clearance. Bilingual Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Public Health, Prevention, Communications or related field, or 5 years of relevant experience could substitute for degree.
• Must have proficiency with Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint in a Windows environment.
• Comfortable teaching in classroom settings and public speaking.
• Driver’s license in good standing; clear 39-month MVR; fingerprint clearance card.
• Spanish-speaking bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide prevention, interventions, and outreach programming across Arizona.
• Oversight of school-based programming under department contracts.
• Manage personnel and grant-required reporting and outreach components.
• Coordinate community engagement and program oversight to meet grant requirements.
