Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is seeking a Prevention Supervisor to oversee prevention, interventions and outreach programs across Arizona. The role includes supervising staff involved in school-based programming and ensuring compliance with grant requirements.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent with management experience; strong Microsoft Office skills; ability to teach in classrooms and speak publicly; and a valid AZ driver's license with clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field or 5 years relevant supervision experience.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint; familiar with Adobe products.
• Ability to teach in classroom settings and speak publicly.
• Current AZ Driver’s License; clean 39-month MVR.
• Fingerprint Clearance Card required.
• Spanish-speaking preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee prevention, interventions, and outreach programs throughout Arizona.
• Supervise school-based programming contracted by the department.
• Ensure reporting and outreach align with grant requirements.
