Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) seeks a Program Supervisor to oversee day-to-day program operations in Arizona. You will guide staff, handle training and scheduling, and ensure policy adherence, while also providing direct service as needed.

You will participate in staffing, shadow staff for QA, and ensure HMIS data quality per procedures, coordinating with partners and funders as required.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or GED required; Associate degree or higher preferred.
• Minimum of one year of experience in the behavioral health field.
• Six months of recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders preferred.
• Current AZ Driver’s License required for Housing program staff.
• Clear 39-month Motor Vehicle Record required for Housing program staff.
• Behavioral Health Technician certification per policy.
• Fingerprint Clearance Card preferred.
• Peer Certification (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day program operations and staff guidance.
• Coordinate training, scheduling, and policy adherence.
• Provide direct service to members as needed.
• Shadow staff for quality assurance and supervision.
• Ensure HMIS data quality and complete daily entries.
• Represent the program with community partners and funders.
