Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) seeks a licensed Clinical Manager to supervise clinical teams, deliver trainings, and contribute to program development. The role collaborates with the Clinical Director to ensure high‑quality behavioral health services across Arizona.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in field related to behavioral health and licensed with AZ Board as Social Worker, Counselor, MFT, or SC.
• 1–3 years of relevant behavioral health care experience preferred but not required.
• Fingerprint clearance card and current AZ driving license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to licensed staff and deliver required clinical trainings.
• Develop trainings with Clinical Director to improve competencies and service delivery.
• Review Behavioral Health Assessments and Risk Assessments and provide feedback with BHP sign‑off.
• Coordinate with Clinical Director and Clinical Operations to ensure effective and compliant programming.
